श्रीरामचंद्र कृपालु भजु मन
श्री रामचंद्र कृपालु भजु मन हरण भव भय दारुणम्।
नवकंज लोचन, कंज मुख, कर कंज, पद कंजरुणम.
अर्थ : अरे मन! करुणेचा सागर, जगाचे दु:ख दूर करणारे (भाव भय), ज्यांचे डोळे, तोंड, हात आणि पाय नवीन कमळासारखे आहेत, श्री रामचंद्रजींची पूजा करा.
कंदर्प आगनित अमित छावी, नव नील नीरज सुंदरम.
पत पीत मनहु तडित रुची शुचि नौमि जनक सुतावरम् ।
अर्थ:
अगणित कामदेवांचे सौंदर्य लाभलेल्या, निळ्या कमळाप्रमाणे सुंदर, पिवळी वस्त्रे परिधान करणाऱ्या, विजेप्रमाणे चमकणाऱ्या जानकीच्या (सीता) वराला मी नमस्कार करतो.
भजु दीनबंधु दिनेश दानव दानव राजवंश निकंदनम.
रघुनंद आनंदकंद कौशलचंद दशरथ नंदनम.
अर्थ : अरे मन! गरिबांचा मित्र, सूर्यासारखा तेजस्वी, दानवांचा नाश करणारा आणि रघु कुळात आनंद देणारा आणि कौशल देशात चंद्रासारखा तेजस्वी अशा दशरथ नंदन श्री रामाची उपासना करा.
मस्तक मुकुट कुंडल तिलक चारु उदारु अंग विभूषणम्.
आजानुभुज शर चाप धार संग्राम जिते खरदुषणम्।
अर्थ : ज्याच्या डोक्यावर मुकुट, कानात झुमके आणि कपाळावर सुंदर तिलक आहे, ज्याने शरीराच्या प्रत्येक अंगावर दागिने घातले आहेत. भगवान रामाचे स्मरण करा, ज्यांचे हात गुडघ्यापर्यंत पोहोचले आहेत (अजानुभुज), जो धनुष्य आणि बाण धारण करतो आणि जो युद्धात खर-दुषणासारख्या राक्षसांचा पराभव करतो.
इति वदति तुलसीदास शंकर शेष मुनि मन रंजनम् ।
मम हृदय कंज निवास कुरु कामदि खल दल गंजनम्।
अर्थ : तुलसीदासजी म्हणतात की जो शिव, शेषनाग आणि ऋषींच्या मनाला प्रसन्न करतो, जो वासना, क्रोध, लोभ इत्यादी शत्रूंचा नाश करतो, हे रघुनंदन! माझ्या हृदयाच्या कमळात तू वास कर.
दोहा: मन जाही रच्यो मिली सो, वर सहज सुंदर संवरो.
करुणा, समज, नम्रता, प्रेम आणि आपुलकी.
अर्थ : (याची स्तुती करणाऱ्यांना) तोच सहज सुंदर गडद वर्णाचा वर (श्री राम) मिळतो ज्यामध्ये मन प्रसन्न होते. तो (राम) दयेचा खजिना आहे, सर्वज्ञ आहे आणि तुमची नम्रता आणि स्नेह जाणतो.

ओम आपदमप हरताराम दातारम् सर्व संपदम्।
लोकाभिराम श्री राम भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम् ।
अर्थ : सर्व संकटांचा नाश करणाऱ्या, सर्व सुख-संपत्तीचा दाता आणि तिन्ही लोकांमध्ये सर्वात सुंदर अशा श्रीरामाला मी पुन्हा पुन्हा नमस्कार करतो.
