ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಕೃಪಾಲು ಭಜು ಮನ್
ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಕೃಪಾಲು ಭಜು ಮನ್, ಹರನ ಭವ ಭಯ ದಾರುಣಮ್।
ನವಕಂಜ ಲೋಚನ, ಕಂಜ ಮುಖ, ಕರ ಕಂಜ, ಪದ ಕಂಜಾರುಣಮ್॥
ಅರ್ಥ:
ಓ ಮನಸೇ! ಹೊಸ ಕಮಲದಂತೆ ಕಣ್ಣು, ಮುಖ, ಕೈ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ, ಜನನ–ಮರಣದ ಭಯವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವ ಕರುಣಾಸಾಗರ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರರನ್ನು ಭಜಿಸು.
ಕಂದರ್ಪ ಅಗಣಿತ ಅಮಿತ ಛವಿ, ನವ ನೀಲ ನೀರಜ ಸುಂದರಮ್।
ಪಟ ಪೀತ ಮನಹು ತಡಿತ್ ರುಚಿ, ಶುಚಿ ನೌಮಿ ಜನಕಸುತಾವರಮ್॥
ಅರ್ಥ:
ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಕಾಮದೇವರ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಮೀರುವ, ನೀಲಿ ಕಮಲದಂತೆ ಸುಂದರ, ಮಿಂಚಿನಂತೆ ಹೊಳೆಯುವ ಪೀತಾಂಬರ ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಸೀತಾದೇವಿಯ ವರನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
ಭಜು ದೀನಬಂಧು ದಿನೇಶ, ರಾಕ್ಷಸ ವಂಶ ನಿಕಂದನಮ್।
ರಘುನಂದ ಆನಂದಕಂದ, ಕೌಶಲಚಂದ ದಶರಥನಂದನಮ್॥
ಅರ್ಥ:
ಬಡವರ ಬಂಧುವಾಗಿರುವ, ಸೂರ್ಯನಂತೆ ತೇಜಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳ, ರಾಕ್ಷಸರ ವಂಶವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವ, ರಘುಕೂಲದ ಆನಂದಮೂರ್ತಿ, ದಶರಥನಂದನ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮರನ್ನು ಭಜಿಸು.
ಶಿರ ಮುಕುಟ ಕುಂಡಲ ತಿಲಕ ಚಾರು, ಉದಾರ ಅಂಗ ವಿಭೂಷಣಮ್।
ಅಜಾನುಭುಜ ಶರ ಚಾಪ ಧರ, ಸಂಗ್ರಾಮ ಜಿತ ಖರದುಷಣಮ್॥
ಅರ್ಥ:
ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಿರೀಟ, ಕಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಂಡಲ, ನೆತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಲಕ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಹದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಭರಣ ಧರಿಸಿರುವವರು; ಮೊಣಕಾಲುಗಳವರೆಗೆ ತಲುಪುವ ಭುಜಗಳಿರುವವರು; ಬಿಲ್ಲು–ಬಾಣ ಹಿಡಿದು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಖರ–ದುಷಣರನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿದವರು.
ಇತಿ ವದತಿ ತುಳಸಿದಾಸ, ಶಂಕರ ಶೇಷ ಮುನಿಮನ ರಂಜನಮ್।
ಮಮ ಹೃದಯ ಕಂಜ ನಿವಾಸ ಕುರು, ಕಾಮಾದಿ ಖಲ ದಳ ಗಂಜನಮ್॥
ಅರ್ಥ:
ತುಳಸಿದಾಸರು ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ, ಶಿವ, ಶೇಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಋಷಿಗಳ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ರಂಜಿಸುವವರು, ಕಾಮ–ಕ್ರೋಧಾದಿ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವವರು, ಓ ರಾಮನೇ! ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯ ಕಮಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರು.
ದೋಹಾ
ಮನ ಜಾಹಿ ರಾಚ್ಯೋ ಮಿಲಿಹಿ ಸೋ, ವರ ಸಹಜ ಸುಂದರ ಸಾಂವರೋ।
ಕರುಣಾನಿಧಾನ ಸುಜನಶೀಲ, ಸ್ನೇಹ ಜಾನತ ರಾವರೋ॥
ಅರ್ಥ:
ಯಾರಲ್ಲಿ ಮನಸ್ಸು ರಮಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಅವರಿಗೇ ಆ ಸಹಜ ಸುಂದರ, ಕರುಣಾನಿಧಿ, ಸಜ್ಜನಸ್ವಭಾವದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಅರ್ಥ:
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಪತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ, ಮೂರು ಲೋಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸುಂದರನಾದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಪುನಃ ಪುನಃ ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
